OUR STORY

Rai here! My story of baking starts back in middle school. Almost burning down the kitchen trying to make cookies with store-bought cookie dough was a task that my step-sister and I completed weekly. In 2022, I started honing my skills and baking more frequently. In 2023, Midnite Bite Bakery was born in the wee hours of the night. After completing a culinary program, and completing an internship while working a second job, Midnite Bite Bakery is now fully open to the public for all to enjoy!
